Custom Paintings That Tell Your Story

Some places stay with you long after you’ve left them.
A childhood home. A cherished vacation spot. A street you walked every day.
I transform those places into custom paintings. Art that doesn’t just decorate your walls, but celebrates your memories.
Art has been a beloved part of my life for as long as I can remember. It brings me particular joy to be able to share this love by bringing your most meaningful memories and places to life.
We start by discussing your place, its significance, and your favorite image of the memory, and the result is a one-of-a-kind heirloom that keeps your story alive.

Result: An heirloom original piece of art that you’ll enjoy or gift to those you love
Past Projects
Night Cove, 2023
This scene reflected a shoreline pathway in a beloved vacation spot. The choice of the night time image evoked memories of an after-dinner evening stroll during a poignant summer vacation with beloved family members.
First Light, Avalon, 2026
After discussing the vision, personal memories and significance of the place, the client and I arrived at an image that captured the tranquility and hopefulness that she wanted to convey.
These process images illustrate the initial sketch, underpainting (the “sketch” in paint), and the final painting.

My expertise is landscape painting, and I can include figures in paintings when they are not the subject or detailed focus of the composition. Take a look at some examples [link] of how I’ve incorporated people in landscapes.
-
No, but trust that we will have a wonderful, in-depth conversation at the beginning about the subject you chose, why it’s so important to you (or the person you’re giving it to) and your preferences for the final piece. Once we agree on the subject matter and discuss the process, I will share written updates with you throughout, and I will document the stages of my process [link] and can share those with you at the end.
